Hi & welcome to the St Michael-in-the-Hamlet website.

My name is Keith Hitchman and I am the Vicar of St Michael's

Originally from Cornwall, I have been in full-time ministry for 27 years, of which 21 years has been as an ordained minister, during which time I have served in several churches and chaplaincy positions. 

I am married to Maggie, an artist and art trainer. We have two sons, Ben and Finlay.  As a family, we have been living in Liverpool for nearly seven years, when I have served as the Liverpool City Missioner and Chaplain to Merseyside Police.

In my spare time, I like listening to jazz, walking our dog Joe, and supporting West Ham United.
