Each Staurday, free public entry to this unique and beautiful Grade I Listed cast iron church.

Built in 1815, St Michael's and the 'Hamlet' of houses around it went even further than St George's Everton in replacing traditional materials and building techniques with a revolutionary new approach, securing Liverpool's unique place in architectural history. 

Despite its internationally important place in history it continues to provide a vibrant local centre for community life and an accessible sacred space for personal reflection and worship .

We would love you to come and learn more about this historic and beautiful hidden gem of Liverpool. 

Volunteers and leaflets are available to enhance your visit.

Group bookings: 

No need to book on Saturdays but for large group  and/or other days,  bookings  can be made via Church wardens, Brian 07985241627 or Karen 0777623 7903)

Parking:

Limited car parking along the side of the church but a Car park is located a few minutes wals on St Michael's Road.

Public transport:

The church is a few minutes walk from Aigburth road (82 bus route) and the nearest station is St Michaels.

Entrance is free:

Entrance is free however a donation would be warmly invited. The preservation, protection and improvement of St Michaels is a continuing finacial cahllenge. Any support would be very welcome.
